XENECTA Sp. z o.o. was founded on 1 June 2026 to support healthcare providers in delivering high-quality care. We understand quality as value for patients that comes from the right attitudes and motivation of staff and the right processes, in the right place and at the right time.

We believe the key to achieving quality, and above all to sustaining it, is to understand proven, evidence-based solutions and then put them into practice. That is why we put particular weight on keeping our knowledge up to date, and we are glad to share it – in our training sessions, on our website and on social media.
